Everything was great, had a FANTASTIC stay at re decorating it over the winter time. Appreciated its exceptionally nice rooms. Location: the hotel was close enough to a tram stop, and the beach and trams. Blackpool Centre district was worth exploring. The food was lovely and the location was marvellous and perfect.

It was near to the centre of the pleasure beach, Blackpool for a long time carnt and seafront, marvellous and absolutely perfect location overall.
